This machine enables detailed formation of dough sheets in a short time, and off-cuts are automatically re-used.
The patented 2-axis screw prepares detailed sheets of dough in a short time. The process of making wraps, which can be a lot of trouble, is omitted, thus enhancing efficiency and saving energy, and after the wraps have been formed, off-cuts are automatically re-used to eliminate loss. The dough machine should be used together with the T-16 fully-automated gyoza-making machine. |

The crusher uses our own proprietary "centrifugal block crushing" system to crush off-cuts, dried soybeans, rock salt and other ingredients into uniform granules.
Using the "centrifugal block crushing" system developed by Toa Industry, off-cuts are crushed into a uniform powder to be re-used for dough sheets. This enables high-quality dough sheets to be made with no loss. The crusher offers powerful performance, enabling stable, uniform crushing of other solids such as dried soybeans and rock salt. |
